Design Services
Let our art department create custom graphics based on your needs. With your goals in mind, we generate a few proofs, you pick your favorite. The final proof is emailed to you for approval prior to production.
If you already have artwork, we take your design that has been emailed, transfer it into our for-mat, then email it to you for final approval prior to production.
Screen Printing Artwork Sizing and Print Options:
These are only rough guidelines because items vary by manufacturer and size. Ladies shirts, tank tops, raglan-sleeved shirts or shirts with panels or seams will need smaller imprints.
Full Front or Full Back:
Adult shirts: generally 11″ x 13″ or 12″ x 12″ is a good size. Max. size is 14″ x 15”
Adult hooded sweatshirt front: 13″w x 8.5″h (due to pocket on front. Youth shirts: max. size is 9.5″w x 11″h (for youth small)
Youth hooded sweatshirt front: 9″w x 5.5″h (for youth small)
Left or Right Chest:
Adult left chest: generally 4″ x 4″ or 3.5″ x 3.5″ is a good size, max size is 4″ x 4″
Youth left chest: max. size is 3.25″w x 3.25″h
Left or Right Short Sleeves:
Adult sizes: 3″ x 3″, Youth sizes: 2.5″ x 2.5″
Left or Right Long Sleeves
Adult sizes: 3″w x 13″h, Youth sizes: 2.5″w x 9″h
Left or Right Short Pant Legs:
Adult sizes: 4.5″ x 3″ or 4″ x 4″, max size is 5″ x 5”
Youth sizes: max size is 4″w x 4″h
Left or Right Long Pant Legs:
(front or side of leg) Adult sizes: 4″w x 17″h,
Youth sizes: 3″w x 13″ h
Imprint On Shirt Pockets:
Adult sizes: max. size is 3.25″w x 3″h
Imprint Above Shirt Pockets:

Baseball Caps:
3.5″w x 2″h max. for many adult caps, must be 5-panel for screen printing.
Custom Embroidery
Send us your logo or image and we’ll take it from there. The digitizing process converts any data file you provide us and creates a digital stitch file for embroidering. We can embellish ap-parel and bags with your name, logo, player number, etc. With hundreds of thread colors to choose from, we provide you a high quality product that makes you and your business, team or player look great.
